Are you an experienced in Pensions with exceptional account management experience? If so, get in touch!! My client is leading the way in their industry, and they are looking for a Client Services Specialist (Pensions) to join the team in Bristol (Hybrid).
About thew role:
As the Client Services Specialist you will specifically focuses on delivering exceptional client service within the Group Pensions team.
Role Responsibilities:
Complete work for scheme renewals or market reviews in line with clients’ requirements, collation, and analysis of results in appropriate format and support the Consultancy Team with report production
Monitor insurers’ performance on behalf of clients and challenge insurer at higher level to resolve any issues
Deal with client queries (verbal and written) in line with service level agreements and liaise with insurers where necessary to deliver on this
Update all internal systems as per process ensuring we remain compliant
Ownership of delivery of tasks and proactively manage your workload
Manage client relationships in conjunction with the Consultancy team to support retention & growth opportunities.
Provide peer review support as necessary.Role Requirements:
Experience of working in Pensions, Employee Benefits Consultancy, or with an Insurance Provider
RO1 & RO4 is preferred but not essential. The business will support you in working towards this
Ideally a understanding of all Group Pension providers in the current market
Good understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements and technical specifications
Motivated with a strong desire to learn about the Employee Benefits industry and specifically the Group pension sectorThis is a full-time hybrid role offering a salary circa £30,000- £35,000 DOE plus an amazing benefits package.
