I'm currently looking for an PA to join a Housing Association based in South Wales on a temporary contract.

Job Title: PA
Location: South Wales
Contract Type: Temporary

PA responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Prepare, edit, and organize presentations, reports, and correspondence
Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with the organization of high-level meetings and company events

PA requirements:

Relevant experience working as an Executive Assistant
Experience of administering committees, organising meetings, preparing agendas, drafting reports and taking minutes
Excellent IT skills including the use of database, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlooks & Office 365
