Currently looking for a PPC Manager to join a fast growing Digital Marketing team and take ownership of paid media campaigns, working closely with clients and the account managements teams. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video campaigns , with a proven ability to optimise for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads . Control budgets, monitor bids, optimise placements and track key metrics.
Build and oversee campaigns across paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video .
Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates.
ROAS Optimisation
Implement data-driven strategies to maximise ROAS through continuous monitoring, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
Identify and leverage new opportunities for growth and efficiency using advanced analytics and industry best practices
Daily Account Oversight
Take full ownership of PPC accounts , ensuring optimal budget allocation, bid strategies, and ad performance across various media channels.
Perform daily reviews and optimisations to enhance overall account performance and efficiency.
Global Campaign Implementation
Manage multi-region campaigns across different languages, ensuring cultural and consumer behaviour adaptations.
Optimise strategies to align with local market trends and performance metrics.
Reporting & Analysis
Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign reports , performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
Use data-driven analysis to refine strategies and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Creative Asset Management
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets (images, videos, and copy).
Create detailed briefs for creative development and integrate assets into campaigns effectively.

Required Experience & Skills
PPC Expertise
3-5 years of hands-on PPC experience in a fast-paced environment .
B2B experience is highly desirable (particularly within automotive, industrial, or hospitality sectors ).
Platform Proficiency
Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager .
Familiarity with all Google channels , including Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max .
Data & Analytics
Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio , and other performance measurement tools .
Certifications
Google-certified in Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant areas .
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Proven expertise in lead generation strategies and conversion rate optimisation .
Strong portfolio showcasing successful PPC campaigns and measurable business impact .
