Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons following the national curriculum
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages pupil development
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience
• Participate in staff meetings, CPD training, and school-wide activities

Candidate Requirements:

• PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil success
• Knowledge of the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills
• A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning
