One of my clients based in the Kent are looking to bring in a Private Sector Housing Officer to provide support on inspections with private sector properties and asses HMO Licensing & Housing Act 2004

Job Requirements:

- HHSRS Qualified

- Carrying out HMO inspections and Regulations

- Knowledge of The Housing Act 2004.

Job Details:

- �40 - �45

- 3 Month Contract (High Chance of Extension)

- Hybrid

- Full time
