I am currently working with a top tier manufacturer of industrial products who supply into multiple different industries across the World. Our client are looking for a production Engineer to join their small team due to workload rising and needing an extra set of hands.

Main Responsibilites:

  • Reporting into the Manager of the department
  • Working with 2 other colleagues in the team - The work is really busy and need an extra set of hands
  • Designing and developing tooling's for projects - Working to customer specifications
  • involved on the shop floor - CNC machinery
  • Office work as well - Inputting data into a system
  • Production planning
  • Development and control of manufacturing - PFMEA's
  • Working to lead times (Deadlines) on projects
  • Calculating costs for the department - Labour and Material costs
