Project Quantity Surveyor

A modern day, Quantity Surveying consultancy with a friendly culture, are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor with Senior ambitions, to join their Manchester team.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be working across several projects including: multiple gym expansions (circa �5m), private medical refurbishments, data centre, and office fit out schemes.

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for taking certain projects (from above) from inception to completion independently, but also supporting the Associates and Directors on the more technical schemes.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor eager for a clear career path to a Senior QS role, someone eager to take on more responsibility long term, getting involved in team mentorship priming you to take on a management role.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• BSc / MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• MRICS, or working towards
• Sociable, personable nature
• UK consultancy experience
