About the role
To act as a responsible officer, monitoring and reporting on property compliance across Trident stock including the lead Officer for the Co-Operative Services. The role will monitor adherence of Trident's legal duties and compiling compliance reports and maintain robust asset records. The role will support with the supervision of the day to day delivery of servicing, repairs and voids works for the Co-operative and to assist with procurement / contract management of M&E services
Within the role there will be a variety of tasks that you will be responsible for:
Maintain records of review dates for property safety compliance annual checks and servicing
Produce weekly monitoring reports on gas compliance
To review certification and assessments to all properties and to implement any remedial work that may be required
To review Fire Risk Assessments to all properties on an annual basis as required including implementing any remedial works required. To market test costs of recommended remedial works
Carry out annual compliance visits to all properties in management to ensure that routine compliance actions are being undertaken, remedial works are complete and responsible staff understand their responsibilities appropriately
Successfully manage projects and void properties within the Co-Operative Service, to effectively planning, delivery and co-ordination of Cooperative Voids building trades repair works

About You
Experience of managing compliance programme and servicing and repair service within housing sector
Experience of producing budgets and statistical reports and the ability to write concise, coherent reports
Experience in SOR's, invoicing and coding structures
Experience of managing and co-ordinating the work of a team of contractors
City & Guilds NVQ qualifications or equivalent
Working knowledge and experience of repair and service scheduling software
Ability to lead empower and manage team members
Understanding of VFM and what constitutes a quality service
Significant knowledge of installations, servicing, repair and maintenance issues
Ability to prioritise, plan, manage own workload, those of others and act on own initiative
Ability to monitor and take appropriate action to contractor and in-house performance
A wide range of knowledge and undertsanding with regards to working in full compliance and all relevant health and safety issues particularly the risk and management associated with the Corporate Manslaughter Act
Flexible approach to working hours (this will involve attendance at evening /weekend meetings)
To provide OOH's escalation support on a rota basis
Clean current driving licence
