Position - In-house Property Solicitor

This is a new role as a in-house property solicitor for a property management company in Battersea. In this role you will be responsible for managing the legal processes of selling and purchasing high-end residential properties, as well as commercial buildings. You will also receive exposure to other areas of legal work including litigation, on which you will be able to assist specialist solicitors.

You will be a part of their already established in-house legal team consisting of four solicitors and a paralegal, all managing the legal processes that the company may need. The company has luxury offices in Battersea, offering a friendly and vibrant work environment.

The role is advertised as a temporary position, with the likely potential for increasing to a permanent position.

Requirements:

• 3PQE+ Property Solicitor
• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
• Have an ambitious and hard working attitude to work.
