Qualified Social Worker - Adults Team

If so, Randstad are recruiting for a Social Worker to join Sefton Council's Adult Team. This is a full-time role offering upto £35 hourly.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about local resources and services available to clients.

Requirements:

• Social Work England registered
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
• Enhanced DBS
