Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm.

Duties of the successful Quality Auditor will involve:
Leading spot-check & planned quality audits on raw material & finished products ensuring compliance to quality management system, GMP & HACCP regulations
Collate data, micro samples and coordinate dispatch for testing ensuring all paperwork is correct
Completing all traceability tasks
Testing & collaborating all quality instruments & metal detectors
Identity & resolve non-conformities applying route cause analysis to identify problems
Checks daily records to ensure compliance to procedures
Work the company hours; Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off, 6am – 6pm.

At least 1 years' experience working as a Quality Auditor for a food manufacturer or food grower
