Quality Control Warehouse Operatives

We are recruiting for several Quality Control Warehouse Operatives.

£12 per hour (up to 40.83hrs)

£18 per hour (overtime)

£24 per hour – Sundays above 40.83 hrs

Rochdale, OL16 4NZ  

Previous warehouse experience required.

Monday to Friday

05:30 – 14:40

14:30 – 23:10 

Weekend shift only available

Saturday and Sunday 

06:00-18:00

Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks

Kingdom People are recruiting for several quality control warehouse operatives to work at one of our client’s sites inRochdale (OL16 4NZ) that operates within chilled environment – slicing/preparing bacon and gammon products. The role will be based in the warehouse.

The role:

Quality Control Warehouse Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

Moving stock using PPT/pump truck or FLT

Checking labels are correct

Using iPads 

Following site rules and procedures 

Filling in paperwork if required 

Reporting issues to team leader

Manual handling will be required

Requirements:

Quality Control Warehouse Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

Be able to work 8-12hr shift

Previous warehouse experience is required

Very high attention to detail is required

Being able to commute to Rochdale, OL16 4NZ

Basic communication in English (written and spoken)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
