Quality Inspector / Engineer - Swindon

Up to £30,000 - Day Shift - Company Pension - 22 Days Holiday - Life Insurance - Free Parking - Health and Wellbeing Programme

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our client's team, reporting directly into the Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, as either a quality inspector or within quality control. If you're looking for a step up into more responsibility, more skills to gain, and lots of support behind you then this position is perfect for you.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage all ISO9001 systems.
  • Supporting supplier validation.
  • Provide support to the engineering team with all quality matters.
  • Manage customer returns and testing of products.
  • Dealing with non-conformities in compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with production team completing final checks and sign off.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Experience as a quality inspector / quality control.
  • ISO9001 quality management experience.
