Quantity Surveyor - Cladding/Roofing/Facades

Our client, a leading contractor in the construction industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing costs and budgets for cladding, roofing, and facades projects from inception to completion.
• Preparing accurate cost estimates, procurement strategies, and final accounts.
• Conducting value engineering and cost analysis to ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborating closely with the project teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Preparing tender documents and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the cladding, roofing, or facades sectors.
• Strong knowledge of relevant construction contracts and cost management processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
