Recruitment Administrator - 6 Months (Potential to go Permanent)
£18 per hour

My client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure exceptional recruitment processes and candidate experiences. Reporting to the Head of Resourcing , you will collaborate with Resourcing Partners to deliver efficient recruitment processes aligned with the mission of providing every child with an excellent education.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Administration: Manage enquiries, job advertisements, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Interview Process Management: Organize interviews, prepare interview packs, and oversee related administrative tasks.
Talent Sourcing: Support proactive recruitment efforts to attract high-quality candidates and build robust talent pipelines.
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency and brand alignment in all job advertisements across internal and external platforms.
System Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, monitor recruitment progress, and support reporting and process improvements.
Collaboration: Engage with internal teams and external advertising partners to enhance recruitment outcomes.
Budget Oversight: Track advertising costs and manage recruitment expenditures within budget.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with wider talent functions and special projects as needed.
The Candidate:
Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support, ideally in education or multi-site environments.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle high recruitment volumes.
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
IT literacy, including experience with ATS platforms and Google Workspace (desirable).
Knowledge of Safer Recruitment practices and policies (preferred).
