We are seeking a consultative and driven Recruitment Consultant with previous 360 recruitment experience to join our established London architectural team. Established as a key player in architectural recruitment, our London team specialises in sourcing top-tier architectural talent for a diverse range of clients – from boutique practices to major firms. You will be responsible for recruiting white-collar architectural professionals across all levels of seniority.



Reporting to our Lead Architecture Consultant  you will closely with leading architecture practices, design consultancies, and industry innovators throughout London.



Role & Responsibilities




  • Identifying new business opportunities through calls, emails and LinkedIn

  • Communicating effectively with both clients and candidates via calls and emails

  • Understanding candidate job search criteria and matching them with the right opportunities

  • Advertising live vacancies across multiple platforms to attract top talent

  • Coordinating interviews, offers and placements using our in-house database and admin processes

  • Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Talent teams, Directors, and Line Managers within architectural firms

  • Attending meetings with candidates and clients via Teams and face-to-face



Skills & Experience Required




  • Previous 360 recruitment experience is essential within a white collar/technical niche

  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to build rapport with ease

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

  • A drive to succeed in a target-driven environment

  • A collaborative mindset, contributing effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
