Are you a dedicated and experienced leader passionate about delivering high-quality care? We’re seeking an exceptional Nursing Home Manager to join our team in Lincolnshire, managing a medium-sized care home that provides a safe, supportive, and vibrant environment for its residents.
As the Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, providing outstanding care, and fostering a positive atmosphere for residents and staff alike. You will work collaboratively with a skilled team, demonstrating excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure the home operates to the highest standards, meeting and exceeding CQC regulations. Lead, mentor, and support the care team to maintain a positive and productive working environment. Develop and implement personalized care plans, focusing on residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs. Manage budgets effectively while maintaining excellent standards of care. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager, with a proven track record of achieving or maintaining a “Good” or “Outstanding” CQC rating. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). An NMC PIN is preferred but not essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team. Excellent knowledge of care standards, regulatory requirements, and safeguarding.
