Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing strategies to generate leads through various online

platforms and social media.

\n

• Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) for lead

\n

generation and training.

\n

• Conduct phone or Zoom interviews.

\n

• Participate in weekly online training calls.

\n

• Lead by example with a positive attitude, developing and nurturing

\n

your own team.

\n

• Manage and be accountable for creating your schedule.

\n

• Communicate with your director to maintain accountability.

\n

• Offer support and mentorship to help others achieve their personal and

\n

business goals.

\n

• Conduct research to develop marketing plans and platforms for online

advertising.

\n
