Location: Romford (Office-based, no travel)
Salary: £35,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on experience)

About the Role

As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will oversee and manage retrofit projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and ensuring quality control through inspections and collaboration with surveyors and installers.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering retrofit coordination services in line with PAS 2030/2035 standards.
• Conducting quality control checks with surveyors and installers.
• Implementing and monitoring processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Staying updated on Building Regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• Working closely with assessors, surveyors, and installers to implement coordination services effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification (essential).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the built environment sector.
• Proven experience managing PAS-compliant projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with building regulations and energy efficiency standards.
• A valid driving license is required.
• Experience in the property or construction industry is advantageous.
