An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced team. This role involves processing orders, managing dispatch, and coordinating with customers, stock planners, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders via email, telephone, and B2B portal.
  • Plan and allocate stock based on availability.
  • Liaise with customers, stock planners, and warehouse teams daily.
  • Ensure timely collections and shipments.
  • Book UK shipments via the DPD portal.
  • Handle special requests such as loan and exhibition orders.
  • Support the Accounts team when required.
Skills & Experience:
  • Graduate-level education.
  • Experience with SAP or courier booking portals (advantageous).
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
