Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Hybrid working (UK & Ireland)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + commission

We are a dynamic and growing company seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a mix of sales, marketing, and engineering experience to contribute to our expanding presence across the UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct field sales visits across the UK and Ireland to build strong partnerships and understand client needs.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring clients are informed and engaged.
• Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, events, and presentations.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Proactive and target-driven with a strong ability to build relationships.
• A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for driving business results.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
