Secondary General Cover Teacher

About the Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour, creating a positive and productive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth and effective learning experience for all students

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience in a secondary school setting
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Strong subject knowledge across a range of different subjects
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different classroom environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
