A welcoming Primary School in Hyde, Tameside, is looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their SEND unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with complex needs, helping them to thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Role Overview:

• Full-time, long-term position starting immediately
• Supporting children with a range of complex SEND needs
• Working closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning and care
• Helping to create a nurturing and structured environment for children to learn and develop

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals, either in education or care
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting SEND children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to making a positive impact in children's lives
