This is a brilliant role for a fantastic company. br Roles available – br The roles we have available are – Days 3 x 8am-8pm br 36 Hours - £13.50/hr – Including alternative weekends br ALL BREAKS PAID! br £486.00 per week before deductions. br Key Responsibilities br To provide the highest level of personal care and attention to residents, following individual care plans carefully and ensuring that all contact is polite, friendly, warm and supportive. br To participate in the formulation and maintenance of individual care plans for each resident and administer medication to residents as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records for both. br To supervise and support the care team. br Person specification (Senior Care Assistant) br Two years minimum experience of working in a UK social care environment br Have a NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, QCF or equivalent. (min NVQ 2) br Supervisory/leadership skills, and a willingness to develop new skills
