Senior FP&A Analyst

Camino Search are delighted to be partnered with a high growth, VC backed technology business who are scaling rapidly. They have presence across EMEA, APAC, and North America and have really ambitious growth plans They are looking to bring in a Senior Finance Analyst to support the finance team with their impressive growth. This person will support predominantly on the EMEA region and will grow rapidly with the business Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with multiple teams to support key growth initiatives. Conduct targeted analysis on regional P&L performance and key strategic projects, providing in-depth reviews to drive business expansion. Develop, manage, and enhance tools that evaluate the impact of initiatives on the business. Take an active role in forecasting Net Revenue and Gross Margin, contributing to bi-annual planning cycles. Over time, take on Finance Director-level responsibilities, serving as the lead finance business partner for one of the core regional P&Ls. Assist the team with quarterly forecasts, and helping to automate these processes in collaboration with the Head of Commercial Finance. What You ll Bring: Fully / Part Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Advanced Excel and financial modeling. Strong skills in data manipulation and experience with systems that automate reporting, with a proactive approach to adopting best data practices. Familiarity with SQL or Python. Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial insights to stakeholders at all levels. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify challenges and propose solutions. Experience with Netsuite (preferred)
