Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with medication, daily personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and feeding.


• Support mobility, including moving and handling residents safely.


• Monitor and record vital signs as necessary.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.


• Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.


• Report any changes in residents' health or well-being to senior staff.


• Ensure the dignity and respect of all residents are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

• Training:�Must have completed face-to-face training in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Moving and Handling. -�We can provide training�


• Experience in a similar role is required (References required)�


• You must have medication administration experience and training.


• Enhanced DBS ideally on the update service or we can apply for a new DBS.�


• A caring and empathetic nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.


• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.


• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights.
