Senior Interior Design Leader Job in Dallas, TX

Due to an upcoming promotion, a Senior Interior Design Leader job is available with a global architecture and design firm, based out of their office in Dallas, TX. The role is focused on aviation projects across the region, often focused on high-end hospitality elements of airport terminals. Offering a salary up to $100,000 plus bonus potential and extensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of design, with a particular focus on concept design, programming, and design development
  • Support and develop studio standards, alongside the leadership team
  • Support with FF&E and material selections/specifications
  • Participate in client and consultant meetings and presentations
  • Assist in the development of client relationships, both new and existing
  • Support with team mentoring and development, providing guidance in an encouraging and collaborative way.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in Interior Design, or similar
  • RID and NCIDQ certified
  • 12+ years of experience in aviation or high-end hospitality
  • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, and 3D rendering tools
  • Client-facing and team mentoring experience.
