Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex safeguarding investigations and assessments
• Develop and implement effective care plans
• Collaborate with families to promote their well-being
• Represent the organisation in court proceedings
• Supervise and mentor junior staff

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma)
• Substantial experience in child protection work
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
