Senior Structures Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing structural engineering projects, particularly involving bridge structures
• Conducting structural assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
• Preparing detailed design calculations and technical reports
• Coordinating with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables
• Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety within all project activities

Job Requirements:

• Significant experience in structural engineering, with a focus on bridge structures
• Strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles
• Proficiency in using relevant engineering software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure
