Job Title: Fitout Site Foreman Hotel Refurbishment Location: HQ in Dungannon, Project based in Dublin, Ireland Sector: Hotel Refurbishment Salary: DOE (£40,000 £50,000 per annum) We are seeking an experienced Fitout Site Foreman to support the refurbishment of a high-end hotel in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious project, managing on-site activities and ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget. Supervise tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers, ensuring high-quality work and productivity. Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment, ensuring smooth operations. Enforce and maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Report to the Site Manager and project management team, providing regular updates on progress and any issues. Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly and effectively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Foreman, ideally in fitout or refurbishment projects. Experience working on large-scale hotel or commercial fitouts is advantageous. Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams on-site. Familiarity with health and safety standards and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and team members. Must be available to work full-time in Dublin.
