Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 (includes paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
Locum Rate: £25 - £37p/hr (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Sutton that provides high-quality education and support for children and young people with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and associated behavioural challenges. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding clinical support to students with a range of complex needs.

\nThe Role\n

As a Speech & Language Therapist, you will work within a collaborative environment, supporting students through clinical assessment, personalised interventions, and engagement strategies. Your role will involve:

  Providing specialist assessments and therapy to students.

  Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive holistic, clinically informed support.

  Delivering individual and group therapy sessions to meet EHCP requirements.

  Contributing to the development of therapeutic learning environments.

  Supporting staff with training and consultation to enhance student outcomes.

\nWhat We're Looking For\n

  HCPC-Registered Speech & Language Therapist with experience supporting children and young people with autism, developmental trauma, or other neurodiverse needs.

\n
• \n

  Experience delivering therapeutic interventions in educational or clinical settings.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

  \n
\n
• \n

  A proactive approach to problem-solving and creating positive outcomes for students.
