Location: Sutton
Employment Type: Permanent (Full-Time) or Locum (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 (includes paid school holidays) + excellent benefits
Locum Rate: £25 - £37p/hr (depending on experience)
We are seeking a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join a specialist school in Sutton that provides high-quality education and support for children and young people with autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory issues, and associated behavioural challenges. This is an opportunity to be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding clinical support to students with a range of complex needs.
\nThe Role\nAs a Speech & Language Therapist, you will work within a collaborative environment, supporting students through clinical assessment, personalised interventions, and engagement strategies. Your role will involve:
\nProviding specialist assessments and therapy to students.
\nCollaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure students receive holistic, clinically informed support.
\nDelivering individual and group therapy sessions to meet EHCP requirements.
\nContributing to the development of therapeutic learning environments.
\nSupporting staff with training and consultation to enhance student outcomes.
