About the Role:

• The role is with a growing retailer with significant expansion plans for the coming years.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and profitability in the stores supporting.
• The Store Manager Designate will oversee all store operations, including staff training and development, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high brand standards.
• The company is looking for a hands-on, results-driven leader with experience in large-format retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive high standards of customer service across the store.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Achieve store KPIs and company objectives.
• Maintain an active presence on the shop floor.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, General Manager or Area Support Manager preferably in large-format retail (e.g., fashion, homeware, telecoms, furniture, or discount retail).
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• A hands-on approach to driving sales and improving the customer experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
