We are delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Manager to join a dedicated Fostering & Adoption Team in the picturesque area of Moray!

This role offers the chance to lead a vital service, supporting children and families while helping carers provide the best possible environment for young people.

Contract Details:

• Initial term: Minimum 3 months
• Competitive hourly rate

Key Responsibilities:
As Team Manager, you will:

• Oversee assessments and reviews to ensure children's safety and wellbeing.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to foster carers and adoption families.
• Collaborate with multi-agency teams to deliver effective interventions.
• Ensure compliance with statutory guidelines and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Social Work (or equivalent).
• Membership of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
• PVG scheme membership.
• Significant experience working with children, families, and carers.
• Proven management or supervisory experience in fostering and adoption settings.
