Turkish Speaking Exam Invigilator

We are currently seeking a Turkish speaking exam invigilator to join our team at a school in Liverpool, The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising exams and ensuring that all rules and procedures are followed by the students taking the exams. The role is for 1 day in May, could potentially get more dates.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent Turkish language skills, as well as good communication skills in English
• Previous experience in exam invigilation or a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Good organisational skills and the ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Setting up the exam room before each exam session
• Checking students' identification and ensuring that they are aware of the exam rules
• Distributing exam papers and collecting them at the end of the session
• Monitoring the students throughout the exam to prevent cheating or other malpractice
• Reporting any issues or incidents that occur during the exam to the appropriate staff member

The role will require the successful candidate to work flexible hours during the exam season, including early mornings. Pay will be based on experience.
