Job Description

As a Vehicle Technician your main responsibilities are:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, to keep vehicles running smoothly.


• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other vehicle systems issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.


• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.


• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, following manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards.


• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed on vehicles.


• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair recommendations and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Passion for automotive technology and possess strong mechanical and diagnostic skills


• Experience performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for customers


• Excellent customer service skills


• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent


• Manual UK driving licence holder


• Able to work flexibly in a fast paced environment
