Position: Welder

Location:�Holme-on-Spalding-Moore

Salary: �15 - �16 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


• Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team, specialising in the fabrication of steel structures. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with consistent working hours and an early finish every Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on a variety of steel structures with precision and accuracy.


• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to fabricate components.


• Assemble, measure, and cut steel materials to required specifications.


• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and industry standards.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIG welding and fabricating steel structures.


• Proven ability to read and work from technical drawings.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
