🖥️ Administrator (Temporary 6-9 months) - Construction / Fit-Out 🖨️Salary: £35,000 (annually)Hours: 40 hoursStart: Immediately - JuneContract: Temporary - (Hybrid) 1 day WFHDuration: 6-9 months (with possibility of extension)Location: Tottenham Court Road, West London🚀 Culture Guru is recruiting for an Administrator to join a reputable, well-established business in West London, specializing in construction and fit-out.🤓 Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;Download bidding documentsCreate an estimate folder and assign a numberUpdate estimating statistics for the new bidUpdate CRM and transfer data to Project+Configure Project+ (including email setup)Send a credit check request to accountsEmail the internal team about the new bidSend a confirmation email to the consultant/clientUpload information to Project+Add subcontractor names to Project+ (including maintaining the Project+ contact database/spreadsheet)Distribute tender documents to the internal teamDistribute tender documents to the subcontractorsCheck the Project+ inboxConfirm receipt of tender to the subcontractorFollow up with subcontractors 24/48 hours before the deadline (using email template)Upload and distribute addendum information to the team and subcontractorsSend feedback letters to subcontractors once the project outcome is knownAssist with other tasks during slow periods, if necessary😍 Desirable attributes of the successful candidateAbility to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.Precision in handling documents, contracts, and project plans to avoid errors that can lead to significant issues.Clear and effective communication with team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.Efficiently prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage the workload effectively.Familiarity with construction management software, project management tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).Quickly and effectively address issues that arise, finding solutions that keep projects on track.Ability to work well with diverse teams and build strong professional relationships.Proactive in anticipating needs, identifying potential issues before they arise, and taking steps to address them.Apply with your CV today to avoid missing this opportunity.
