.Net Developer (Winforms/desktop)

Junior-Mid level C#, .Net, SQL Software Developer - Hybrid working - 3 days per week in Warrington office £30k-£40k

We are seeking a motivated Junior-Mid level C#, .NET Developer to join one of our Ecommerce clients in Warrington (3 days per week in office).

As a key member of their software development team, you will be responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of their ecommerce platform and internal systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, as well as a good level of expertise in SQL, including views, triggers, stored procedures, and views.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our ecommerce platform.
2. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and .NET technologies.
3. Design, implement, and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and views to support the data needs of the ecommerce platform.
4. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
6. Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 2+ years experience in software development using C# and .NET technologies.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in writing complex queries, triggers, stored procedures, and views.
4. Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented programming.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
