Your Role at a Glance:

• Provide dedicated, one-on-one support to a student with special educational needs, tailoring your care to meet their unique requirements.
• Assist with personal care needs, always ensuring comfort and dignity.

• Implement personalised learning strategies that make an impact.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and professionals to deliver all-encompassing support.
• Monitor progress and well-being, helping the student thrive.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs.
• Personal care experience, including assistance with hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships.
• A patient, empathetic attitude and a passion for student well-being.
• Relevant qualifications or training in special education or personal care (preferred but not essential).
