What You'll Do:
As a Finance/Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing purchase ledger transactions with precision and accuracy
• Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
• Building positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues
• Seeing all transaction through from purchase to pay

Who You Are:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and a knack for finance! Ideally, you will have:

• Experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar purchase ledger role
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
