Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class support as part of our helpdesk team
• Troubleshoot technical issues across diverse systems
• Collaborate closely with senior technicians on complex matters

Technical Skills Required:

• 365 and Exchange
• Azure AD/Entra
• server support
• networking knowledge (desirable)
• service desk experience
