1st Line Engineer Responsibilities

• Responding to and resolving technical support queries efficiently
• Diagnosing software and hardware faults (for one role, hands-on hardware support is required)
• Assisting with system installations, configurations, and updates
• Escalating complex issues to senior engineers when necessary
• Providing excellent customer service and clear technical guidance

1st Line Engineer Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience in an IT support role (1st line or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows environments and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of networking principles and software applications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• (For hardware role) Experience with PC builds, repairs, and peripheral installations
