The opportunity will be the front line, responding to incoming issues, as well as being involved in a range of exciting projects. You will be joining a team of 5, reporting in to the IT Service Desk Manager.
This role is perfect for a IT professional who is able to support with a varied range of IT issues, be proactive in handling tasks and be able to demonstrate attention to detail when troubleshooting.
