Your Role:

• Provide top-notch IT support and troubleshooting.
• Manage service tickets efficiently and professionally.

You Bring:

• 1-2 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred).
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
