Configure and customize to meet the unique needs of the government entity.ITSM Consultants: Drive the full implementation lifecycle of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management. Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.ITBM Consultants: Be the expert in IT Business Management, focusing on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Financial Management, and Demand Management.
