Main Duties of the Role
Provide onsite, remote and telephone support
Project management and implementation
Keep documentation up-to-date and accurate
Manage client expectations and adhere to support SLAs
Escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers
Mentoring junior members of the team
Your Skills and Experience
Windows Server
Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune
Microsoft Exchange
Hyper-V
Networking
Full driving licence
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Certifications desirable
Salary
£35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience
