This is a fantastic opportunity for you, a 2nd Line IT Support Technician with around 3 years experience, to join a leading organisation's IT Support function, based just outside of Huddersfield.

You will be working across all areas of IT and providing hands on support including:

• Network Installation: including cabling, firewalls, switches and routers
\n
• Technical Support for allICT equipment\n
  \n
  • Desktops and all hardware
  \n
  • Application software
  \n
  • Day to day maintenance
  \n
  \n
\n
• Software Installation and configuring for users needs
\n
• Server maintenance - access rights, password resets, backups etc
\n
• Admin - ensuring all documentation is accurately kept
\n
• Assisting end users with all other enquiries - user training where required
\n

There maybe a requirement for travel between sites, so a full driving licence is required for this position ideally.
