Location: Three Legged Cross
Salary : £28-33k pa DOE
Hours : 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri OFFICE BASED (No hybrid so must be Dorset based)
Benefits :23 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years, free parking, pension.

This 2 nd Line Support Engineer role will suit someone who is able to provide remote technical helpdesk support, who is willing to learn, has strong customer service skills, who has exceptional attention to detail, administration and time management skills. You will be at the more senior level of 2 nd line support.
