We are recruiting a highly motivated Desktop Support Technician to join a dynamic team, providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support. Key Responsibilities:
\n- Provide IT support across the organisation, ensuring a high level of customer service in line with ITIL principles.
\n- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
\n- Build, configure, and deploy laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, ensuring smooth device lifecycle management.
\n- Perform system administration tasks, including user management in Active Directory and Exchange.
\n- Maintain accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and asset management.
\n- Support mobile device and application management across Microsoft, Apple, and Android platforms.
\n- Identify and escalate security risks where necessary.
\n- Work on strategic IT projects and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Key Requirements:\n- 3-5 years’ experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
\n- Strong imaging and build skills for laptops and mobile devices.
\n- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical and logical approach.
\n- Proficiency in Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange.
\n- Working knowledge of wireless technologies and IT asset management.
\n- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with users at all levels.
\n- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
\n- Full driving licence and access to own transport.
