3.5t Driver

Class 1 Personnel are working with a national client to recruit a�3.5t Van Driver�for their site based in Luton. You will be delivering across to customers a variety of food items to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers' premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.
Essential Criteria for 3.5T Driver:

• Must hold full driving licence with Class B eligibility.
• Maximum of 6 points on licence and no bans
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Main job description for the 3.5T Driver:

• Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner always ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
• All daily checks are undertaken ensuring defects are immediately reported and correct paperwork complete.
• Always observe procedures and policies.
• Manage your routing to ensure premium and timed deliveries are achieved.
• Ensure the correct equipment and PPE, (personal protective equipment) is in good order and always used.
• Deal with any customer issues in a polite and effective manner.

Ideal Qualities:

• Good attention to detail
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliability and good time keeping skills.
• previous experience working on Dustcarts is desirable
